During November - December, which are our busiest months of the year, the shipping time may be 3-6 days. Please be sure that our team at LEOMARNATURALS is working hard to reduce the shipping time. Shipping charges on online orders are estimated base on product weight and your shipping location.

During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select your shipping method. Keep in mind that faster shipping methods are more expensive.

LEOMARNATURALS take very seriously our customer satisfaction, thus we want to make sure our customers have a positive experience with our products. Returns of unopened products must be initiated within 60 days from the date of purchase. Any product that has been used or partially used is not returnable. The customer is responsible for shipping on returns unless an error on our part. Please contact customer service for information on creating a return label.

Once the return is received and approved, you will be refunded via the payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 72 hrs. after the return is received for credit to be processed. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
